Datacraft bags 3-year managed services contract with Malaysia's DKSH

Datacraft has secured a three-year managed services contract to maintain and manage the branch IT infrastructure of Diethelm Keller Siber-Hegner Holding Ltd (DKSH), one of Malaysia's oldest and largest marketing, sales, warehousing and distribution organizations.

"Having a world-class network infrastructure at the centre of our Malaysian operations is critical to our success," said Sven Maushake, General Manager IT of DKSH Malaysia. "We needed to find a reliable supplier with a proven track record who could help us resolve the problems our branch network was experiencing as a result of a service by a previous supplier. Above all, we needed an IT partner who could also monitor and manage our infrastructure to ensure timely service coverage and problem resolution.

"The bottom line was that we had to find a supplier who could pre-empt problems and offer solutions to counter them, and Datacraft has provided us with that." added Maushake.
